Under the partnership of Al-Azhar and the British Council have supported the creation and facilitation of Al-Azhar Teacher Activity Groups for 1000+ English teachers in 15 governorates.
The Al-Azhar Teacher Activity Groups (AATAGs) programme is a capacity building programme with Al-Azhar which takes place across Egypt. The programme aims to develop English language skills and pedagogical knowledge, in addition to digital literacy for English language teachers in Al-Azhar institutes working at the primary, preparatory, and secondary levels.
